Physiotherapist – Cayman Islands

Align Wellness Studio is a leading healthcare provider dedicated to offering our community comprehensive and holistic wellness services. We are committed to delivering personalised care rooted in traditional healing practices while integrating modern techniques to promote overall health and well-being.

 After opening our first multi-disciplinary clinic close to 8 years ago, we have just opened our third clinic. We are now looking to recruit a Physiotherapist to join our team of highly qualified and passionate practitioners to serve our thriving (and growing) clientele.

 Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities such as ultrasound and shockwave therapy.

·       Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote self-management and optimise outcomes.

·       Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.

·       Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, chiropractors, and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and facilitate interdisciplinary treatment approaches.

·       Participate in business development initiatives to promote Align Wellness Studio and expand our client base.

·       Stay up-to-date with advances in physiotherapy practice and technology, continuously enhancing clinical skills and knowledge.

·       Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements and clinic protocols.

·       Provide exceptional patient care and customer service, fostering positive relationships and promoting a supportive and welcoming clinic environment.

 Qualifications:

·       Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent degree in Physiotherapy

·       Minimum of 3 years of qualified physiotherapy experience covering neurology, orthopaedics, and musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions

·       Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

·       Self-motivated and willing to participate in business development initiatives

·       Tech-savvy and committed to the use of technology in delivering patient diagnoses, plans of care, and monitoring treatment plans

·       At least 5+ years of total experience
