After opening our first multi-disciplinary clinic close to 8 years ago, we have just opened our third clinic. We are now looking to add a second Acupuncturist to our team of highly qualified and passionate practitioners to serve our thriving (and growing) clientele. As an Acupuncturist, you will play a pivotal role in providing acupuncture treatments to patients, addressing their health concerns, and supporting their journey toward wellness. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their medical history, symptoms, and wellness goals.
- Develop customised treatment plans based on traditional Chinese medicine principles and individual patient needs.
- Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile needles and other techniques, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Educate patients about the benefits of acupuncture and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications to support their well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and referrals as necessary.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with acupuncture research and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited acupuncture program and licensure or certification as an acupuncturist.
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
- Proficiency in traditional Chinese medicine principles, meridian theory, and acupuncture techniques.
- Candidates must also have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to participate in business development initiatives.
Must be tech-savvy and committed to the use of technology in delivering patient diagnoses, plans of care, and monitoring treatment plans.
